The Role of Workplace Design in Strengthening Employee Experience and Performance

Surveys by global insights leader Leesman of more than 400,000 employees in more than 4,000 workplaces worldwide have shown that only 57% of employees agree that the design of their workplace enables them to work productively. That means almost 4 of every 10 people, including those in your company, do not believe they have the adequate functionality, lighting, space, and other design features to function at their highest potential.

In CoreNet Global’s Chapter-Wide Event presentation, join us to hear Leesman Managing Director for North America, Eleanor Forster, explain how the data Leesman has captured is helping companies like yours create the infrastructure, features, and services that lead to high-performing workplaces.

Eleanor Forster is a presenter at the CoreNet Global Summit in Boston, October 14-17. We are thrilled and fortunate to have her speak to our chapter prior to her appearance at the Summit. She will speak on "Employee Experience: Proven Factors For A More Flexible Workplace" at the Summit.

What to expect:

* Learn the key factors that influence workplace performance.

* Understand how independent, evidence-based analysis can help you make informed workplace design decisions.

* Discover how to reclaim the value that is currently being lost through inadequate workplaces.

* Identify what the latest trends are in workplace design, and learn why they matter...and why they don’t.

Eleanor Forster is Managing Director, North America for Leesman. In this role, Eleanor is responsible for the strategic development of the Leesman brand in North America, establishing the company’s first North American office in New York City. Eleanor has a long-standing interest in people and space, how they influence and interact with each other, and how we can better understand our human needs in the built environment.

Before joining Leesman in 2016, Eleanor ran her own business for 12 years, initially launching an art and design consultancy and then a contemporary art gallery representing British-based artists, before returning to work as a private and corporate art consultant. She collaborated with artists, collectors, gallerists, architects, and designers for private and corporate clients. Alongside her work as a gallerist and publisher, Eleanor created and implemented interior design schemes, both corporate and private.
