EVENT DESCRIPTION

Not to be out done by those other shoe companies, Clarks, a global retail & wholesale footwear giant, has recreated their American headquarters in a move from Newton to Waltham, MA. Clarks is the world’s largest casual and smart shoe company and operates in over 75 countries across the world. The newly constructed 120,000 SF interiors project preserves Clarks’ corporate culture and emphasizes its highly recognizable brand while enhancing the workspace and collaboration areas for all of their teams. The story of their “real estate journey” will address how Clarks identified their requirements for both short term needs and long term expectations for growth and collaboration while at the same time articulating their unique requirements for the Clarks’ culture and brand. The program will also address Clarks’ new American headquarters within a wider context of the Waltham real estate story—specifically 1265 Main and CityPoint—as well as what is in store for the next phases of development by Boston Properties.
