Mark Anderson is Managing Director for Property and International and a member of the Executive Committee, at Whitbread Group PLC.
He is responsible for acquiring and developing Real Estate for Whitbread and managing its property asset base. As owner of Premier Inn and several restaurant brands Whitbread employ over 35,000 people in over 1,200 locations across the UK, serving over five million customers every month.
Mark has shown how corporate property can be used for the positive growth of a business. In 2013 he was the recipient of CoreNet UK’s Corporate Real Estate Executive Award. He has shown how a CRE Director can be keenly commercial, operating at the heart of the business.
