Sleep Number's New Downtown Headquarters

Sleep Number recently moved its headquarters from Plymouth to downtown Minneapolis. The decision to make the move was as complex as the comprehensive conversion of the chosen building.

During this program, the project team will present the opportunities and challenges that guided the decisions and the design


Program highlights:

• Relocation from a suburban to urban location: find out what drove the decision to move and how a change management strategy was developed to ensure a successful workforce transformation during a competitive employment market.
• The opportunities and challenges of transforming an existing building that was built for a very different purpose into a fresh headquarters in downtown Minneapolis: hear from project team members about strategies for smooth workplace transitions.
• Brand integration in the new workplace: take a tour of the space to see how branding elements became an integral part of the architecture as well as custom lighting and furniture elements
