Emma Hossack, Founder of Glow at Work
Emma is an Executive coach, NLP and Master Resilience Practitioner. She has a passion for the whole person approach to coaching and training and brings a decade of coaching experience. Currently working with some of the world’s best-known organisations, she understands that companies that put wellbeing, training and inclusivity at their core thrive. Emma brings her knowledge, passion and a big dose of humour to her work and loves nothing better than seeing the dial shift for her clients as a result of her programmes.
Sam Pickering, Global Head of Sustainability, Incendium Consulting
Prior to getting into Corporate Real Estate, Sam graduated from Sandhurst Military Academy as an Officer within the Army Air Corps, where he trained and became a helicopter pilot, deploying on numerous overseas operational tours. Today, Sam leads sustainability across the Instant Group and the Incendium advisory business. His specialism is driving meaningful sustainable change and is a recognised leader on the subject. His career experience provides a unique insight into leadership, team building and engagement across organisations and teams.
Scotty Johnson, Founder Explore What Matters
Helping leaders and teams to Explore What Matters. Scotty has provided opportunities for people and teams to explore what matters for over 20years. Combining lessons from ancient philosophy, psychology research and experiential learning, he focuses on the subjects of purpose, connection and well-being. The impact of his work results in; greater insights, increased awareness, broader perspectives and more courageous cultures.
Rebecca Milne, Head of Strategy & Workplace Experience Haleon
Rebecca’s background is in transformation and portfolio strategy, working across a range of industries and organisations both in wider management consultancy and corporate real estate. Rebecca worked on the GSK/Haleon separation and is now the Head of Strategy and Workplace Experience in the Haleon Workplace Solutions team.
Matt Dawson MBE, Senior Board Advisor Sodexo, The Instant Group
Matt Dawson MBE is one of the UK’s most successful rugby players & captains, having played a key role in England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup winning side and toured three times with the British and Irish Lions.
Since retiring from rugby, Matt has successfully transitioned into the corporate real-estate world, holding board positions with facilities giant Sodexo and The Instant Group. In addition to his work commitments, Matt is a patron of several charities, including The Black Heart Foundation, as a Trustee, Bowel Cancer UK and Well-being of Women.
