Speaker: Tony Abou Jawad, Vice President MENA, Cyviz Middle East
Tony started his career 25 years ago as a project manager. He has spent the majority of his career in the Middle East IT/AV industry, joining Cyviz Middle East in 2014. Tony’s insight comes from participating in a variety of projects such as the building of the Emirates Palace Hotel (2003), Abu Dhabi to Audio Visual Fitout for New York University’s 188 lecture and meeting spaces (2014) and most recently the installation of 17 Emergency Response Control Rooms for ADNOC (2016) and the implementation of collaborative work environments for North Oil Company. Tony is a strong believer that “Audio Visual Technology is only useful when the basic ergonomics are correct, the system is simple to use and users are aware of the desired outcomes for their meeting or collaboration session.
