Located in Boston’s Allston Brighton neighborhood, Boston Landing is the City’s newest dynamic district. Boston Landing’s motto "Life Works Here" promotes an integrated life/work/play/gather area and has become the City’s new health and wellness district. Full build-out of the approximately 15 acres of land along the Massachusetts Turnpike in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood is anticipated to be completed in the early 2020s. The project includes up to 2.5 million square feet of office, lab, retail, residential and sports uses, anchored by the New Balance World Headquarters, Boston Bruins Practice Facility, and the Boston Celtics practice Facility. The Site will feature over 800,000 square feet of lab, research and office space, curated retail, a 295 residential building, a 175 room hotel, track and field complex and open green space. Boston Landing features a new commuter rail stop developed and financed by NB Development under a public-private partnership agreement with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) and MassDOT. The Site is situated on the Massachusetts Turnpike and provides extensive pedestrian and bicycle accommodations.

Key Takeaways:Come hear how NB Development is transforming this former Brownfields industrial site that once served as the region’s largest stockyard into the City’s new health and wellness district. The project has landed a string of life sciences and technology companies such as Bose with the creation of the Boston Landing Commuter Rail Station built from the public-private partnership.
