Leadership, Mental Well-Being, and Resilience in Uncertain Times, hosted by the Young Leaders SIG

When:  Sep 30, 2021

In this highly interactive session, participants will learn about evidence-based models for healthy leadership and resilience.

Participants will self-assess their capacity in three areas. This includes the following:

  • Resilience and five resilience competencies (Confidence, Commitment, Centering, Community, and Compassion).

  • Heart-Centered Leadership and the key virtues of Self-Care, Open-Mindedness, and Humility.

  • The Ripple Effect of Leadership (Role Model, Support Well-Being, Create Healthy Environments)

Capacities in these areas support a positive, growth-oriented mindset that helps address stress, anxiety, and reactivity for oneself and the others one serves.
