This seminar is the second in a series of three seminars designed for workplace strategy practitioners to develop their competency level within the field. It provides corporate real estate professionals with in-depth knowledge and applications of the workplace strategy process, tools, and best practices. Building on the six core competencies and framework presented in the Workplace Strategy Essentials seminar, participants will learn to use tools and methodologies to assess their organization’s strategic aspirations and tactical requirements for developing and implementing a formalized workplace strategy.
