Chris Ulrich, President, CU in the Moment

Like life itself, work does not follow a ready-made script. You have to think and adapt as you go. In a word: improvise. The best, most dynamic, leaders do this as a matter of course. They use improvisation skills — often the same ones used by actors and comics — to be powerful communicators, selfless listeners, acute observers and agile promoters of teamwork and collaboration. And so can you! In this fun and engaging interactive breakout session, you will learn tested improvisation techniques, engage in dynamic and structured improv games, and experience the thrill of breaking thru self-imposed limitations. In an ever-changing work environment, a leader’s success depends on the ability to think and act fast. The ability to improvise starts with being prepared to do so.
