What: Economic Forecast from Macro to Micro perspective

The economic forecast discussion will provide an economic real estate overview, along with the impact of the volatile market and related industries. Our Keynote speaker Mr. Kevin Hanrahan will also focus on the implications for Florida and specifically for Tampa Bay area.
Kevin Hanrahan is an Executive Director in the Ernst & Young Transaction Real Estate group and leads the Atlanta practice. He specializes in portfolio and complex valuation assignments, capital markets/transaction execution, financial analysis of real estate structures, corporate real estate consulting, and transaction due diligence.

Parking Information
EY is able to validate parking if guests part at the Fort Brooke parking garage (see below map), which is close to the Tampa City Center. If you arrive prior to 6 pm, you may proceed directly to EY Knowledge Center on the 24th floor. If you arrive after 6 pm, please check in at the 2nd floor security desk at the Tampa City Center and a member of the EY team will escort you to the 24th floor.
