8:30am – 9:30am Program
Since outsourcing began in corporate real estate, End Users have continually asked their Service Providers to deliver more in terms of cost savings and efficiency, to assume more risk in terms of pricing certainty, and to take on an increasing breadth of services. But what has worked in delivering value through 1st, 2nd, and even 3rd generation outsourcing will not continue without an adjustment in both approach and focus on the part of the entire supply chain – End User, Service Provider, and key suppliers to prime service providers. This session will focus on resetting the relationships among CRE, Service Providers, and the broader supply chain that will be necessary to achieve the best results in the future. If your initially strong partnership has started to slide from customer satisfaction to misses in either deliverables or expectations - this session will help you identify blind-spots that exist today and suggest ways for you to overcome them going forward.
