(Summer 2019; Rising Senior or Masters Student)

As an intern in the Real Estate & Corporate Services team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including, but not limited to the following:
• Exposure to contracts negotiating and analyzing key deal points in real estate related RFPs (request for proposals)
• Manage the existing portfolio of facilities by tracking key real estate data including lease start date, expiration date, critical dates such as early renewal, terminations, rents and operating expenses and corresponding increases
• Manage multiple project timelines for any planned subleases, office relocations, constructions
• Support lease administration by organizing and archiving of all real estate related documents
• Assist in tracking budget vs. actual operating expenses for all PNA facilities • Gain experience in doing performing real estate market study

Travel Related Projects:
• Analytics Supports – Execution of travel data analytics (dashboards); Exception analytics focusing on non-compliance behavior; Supplier spend analytics (Air, Hotel, Car, T & E Spend)
• Program Management Supports – Hands on travel program management working with the Travel Management Company (TMC) to understand services and devise solutions to improve processes
• As a “new hire” to the company and business travel, review T & E Policy and identify areas that may be unclear, giving the program manager suggestions that may be beneficial to policy enhancement
• Billing Supports – Process/Audit Monthly billing, devise solution to streamline the process
• Supplier Management Supports – Attend quarterly business reviews with various suppliers to better understand program details and supplier service levels.

Fleet Related Projects:
• Analytics Supports – Execution of Fleet data analytics (dashboards); Spend analytics (Fuel, Maintenance, Repairs)
• Program Management Supports – Hands on Fleet program management working with the Fleet Management Company (FMC) to understand services and devise solutions to improve processes
• Billing Supports – Process/Audit Monthly billing, devise solution to streamline the process
• Supplier Management Supports – Attend quarterly business reviews with FMC and OEM suppliers to better understand program details and supplier service levels.

Ad Hoc Projects:
Preparations of management reports and reporting requirements in Power points Exposure to key metrics the Real Estate & Corporate Services team evaluates Provide analytics support for ongoing real estate financial planning and project

Education & Experience:
• This position is open to all qualified candidates who are actively pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree in Real Estate, Corporate Travel and Fleet programs
• Solid financial modeling skills in Excel and experiences in preparation of presentation materials in Power Points.
