Sharon Coombes Workplace Strategy Manager
Sharon's career started in marketing communications, then moved to branding, then internal communications and engagement, then change management. Who knew she'd end up in corporate property? But with the changing focus from buildings to the people that occupy them, working as Auckland Council's Workplace Strategy Manager is a role that's brought all those pieces of my career puzzle together. She is passionate about enabling staff to get the most out of work, and there's no better place to put that passion into action.
Christian Pistauer Director Workplace Strategy
Christian has been working in commercial properties since 1999. Since 2008 he is focused on Workplace Strategy, Activity-based-working and how to translate a business strategy to high performing and exciting workplaces that make a positive difference to their users. He firmly believes that a robust accommodation strategy and briefing process, not business only enhances business performance, but also minimises risk.Christian is a cofounder of Meta 5 Group.Christian holds a master’s degree in architecture and worked across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Sarah BryantSenior Workplace Strategist +Interior Designer
Sarah Bryant is a senior workplace strategist and experienced commercial interior designer. She has a unique perspective on the world of workplace strategy. Having practiced as a designer of commercial interiors for over 17 years, both internationally and in NZ, she’s a specialist that understands the true demands of translating client needs into successful workplace environments. Sarah is Jasmax’s workplace strategy lead, working within an integrated architecture and interior design commercial team to deliver an end-to-end service for all commercial and workplace developments. Sarah is also the practice’s specialist in design strategies for creating environments that support and enhance occupant health and wellbeing.Over the last few years, Sarah has worked with leading public and private sector organisations to devise workplace strategies that provide the flexibility and adaptability to prepare them for the future. Her role has delivered integrated solutions for Fonterra, Kiwibank, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Kiwi Property and Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research. Sarah is respected for her ability to hear the client needs and translate that into a tangible outcome that reflects the business and its people.
