Sharon Coombes

Workplace Strategy Manager

Sharon's career started in marketing communications, then moved to branding, then internal communications and engagement, then change management. Who knew she'd end up in corporate property? But with the changing focus from buildings to the people that occupy them, working as Auckland Council's Workplace Strategy Manager is a role that's brought all those pieces of my career puzzle together. She is  passionate about enabling staff to get the most out of work, and there's no better place to put that passion into action.

Christian Pistauer

Director Workplace Strategy

Christian has been working in commercial properties since 1999. Since 2008 he is focused on Workplace Strategy, Activity-based-working and how to translate a business strategy to high performing and exciting workplaces that make a positive difference to their users. He firmly believes that a robust accommodation strategy and briefing process, not business only enhances business performance, but also minimises risk.

Christian is a cofounder of Meta 5 Group.

Christian holds a master’s degree in architecture and worked across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
