Rob Rankin, Regional Director of Real Estate, Philips

Rob Rankin is the Real Estate Market Lead for North America at Signify, Inc. (formerly Philips Lighting). He manages Facilities, Projects, and Transactions. He has worked in the Real Estate area in various Philips divisions including Healthcare for the past seven years after managing the industrial factories for 10 years previous to that.

Before Signify he managed facilities for 3M and Emerson Electric.  He is a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps and Naval Facilities Engineering. Rob is also a member of IFMA and IIE. He holds a blackbelt in Six Sigma methodologies. His formal education includes:  B.S. Industrial Engineering, University of Louisville; M.S. Engineering Management, SMU; MBA, University of North Texas.

Josh Lisman is the founder and President of Workplace Solutions, a coworking ‘broker”.  Established in 2015, Workplace Solutions is one of the fastest growing global coworking consultancy companies. Anna Buchholz is The MidTown Tech Hive Manager, and strives to create a welcoming and engaged community within the space. Since 2009, Anna has been developing a depth of hands-on experience in startup culture and is an expert and prime referral source within Cleveland’s innovation networks.
