Fellow CoreNet Members,
2019 is off to a great start. In March, we hosted “Outside the Office," an event focused on managing industrial real estate spaces. In May, we hosted our higher education real estate panel and learned about how small and large universities in our area are approaching real estate, accommodating ever-increasing demand, and meeting sustainability goals.
On May 22, we’ll be hosting "Best Places to Work" at Desmone Architects. Come and learn more about what makes a "best place to work," and tour the recently renovated Desmone space. In June, we’ll be hosting a summer social. On August 22, we’re planning a blockchain and cryptocurrency education session. Finally, we continue to prepare for our third annual Pink Pong tournament on October 3. More details will follow.
We are pleased to announce that Amanda Becker of Appleseed Events will be taking over as chapter administrator on June 1. We offer our thanks to East Wing Events for their tremendous service to our chapter over the last few years.
Last but certainly not least, I’d like to thank our annual sponsors: JLL, AE7, Desmone Architects, First National Bank/First National Insurance Agency, Mohawk Group, BDO USA LLP, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., DIRTT Environmental Solutions, and Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis. Our sponsors make our programming possible. If your organization is interested in sponsorship, please contact Amanda Becker
in our Chapter Office.
