Please note the following important dates and times as these are different from what you might have been accustomed to during CoreNet Global Summit | North America :

Exhibitor move-in:

Monday, October 31, 2022 from 8AM to 5PM
Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 8AM to 2PM (all exhibitors must have completed their setup by 2PM, no exceptions)

Showtime:

Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM
Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 10:30AM to 6:30PM
Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 9AM to 2:30PM

It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to ensure the setup is completed by Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 2PM without any exceptions. Furthermore, CoreNet Global will not allow any exhibitors to start dismantling their booth prior to Thursday, November 3 at 2:30PM (totally or partially).
