Topic - Future Focus by Ronan Harrington
Ronan Harrington introduces his audiences to a new way of working, grounded in the science of resilience, with practical tools to operate at peak performance without compromising our health. His talks draw on an array of expertise, including his work as a Lead Futurist to the British Foreign Office.
As a resilience speaker, Ronan reveals the steps companies need to take to create a healthy, high-performance culture. He also considers why burnout is a public health epidemic, and not a personal failure.
His approach helps audiences understand how to boost productivity and well-being, driving company growth during times of change and uncertainty.

This discussion, curated with behavioral research partner Canvas8, and supported by end users including Legal & General and Astellas, we will explore the balance between cutting-edge technology, cultural intelligence and fundamental human needs offering a fresh perspective on places for people to do their best work.

Social value in business terms is usually referenced in relation to ESG, an acronym that signifies the environment, social, and governance criteria that drive corporate practices. But what does the letter S in ESG signify in practice? And how can we harness the principles of social value to generate value for the communities we serve, the businesses we work for, and our current and future workforces?

Topic - Strategy & Sustainability - Turning Green Dreams into Actionable Plans
This will be an interactive session exploring how a corporate occupier has approached maturing their sustainability plan, and how they are moving from legal compliance to a more wide-ranging forward-looking approach to sustainability and carbon reduction.
This session will investigate subjects from the more conventional questions such as carbon accounting and reduction throughout the real estate and fit out lifecycle and through to how we account for the sustainability impact of working from home and how we can include atmospheric carbon removal and biodiversity in our plans, and back to practical steps such as how we all can broaden the sustainability coalition within our businesses.
The audience will have a chance to explore their own sustainability challenges in their fields in break out groups and ask questions back to the speaker and a wider panel of sustainability professionals.

Topic - The Future Workforce: Next Gen's Impact on the Modern Workplace
Forget what the Baby Boomers think they know - this is a chance to hear directly from the ‘Next Gen’ about how they’d like to see the rules of the workplace rewritten. Afterall, Gen Z are expected to make up 30% of the global workforce by 2030, so understanding their expectations is critical for businesses aiming to stay ahead.
