Topic: "Global Reach - Local Pull: Building Community in Complex Times"

Description: Few decisions made by today's organizations are as visible, costly, and as long-lasting as the decisions made about their locations and properties.  Millennials, downsizing, and outsourcing -- along with the ever-growing importance of state-of-the-art technology in the workplace -- has required real estate and facility managers to regularly reassess how they design and occupy space.  Ellen Albert will present how Viacom/MTV Networks currently approaches its real estate and facilities management decision-making through its understanding and commitment to the business value of the built environment.
