Presentation Description:

Bank of America real estate executives recognized the need to deepen their client acumen and improve how services were delivered across the business segments they served.  During this presentation you will gain insights into how Bank of America’s real estate team is working to redefine managing client relationships and balance their needs against enterprise objectives.  We will discuss what we found to be practical best practices, lessons learned, and measures for success.  Other areas we will cover:

  •   Making Client Relationship Management as a real estate asset in your toolbox

  •   An integrated view of service delivery across CRM, functional capabilities, and corporate support partners

  •    Focusing more on strategy alignment and less on tactics

  •    Understanding the businesses we serve, their goals and objectives

  •    Balancing client needs vs. enterprise objectives

  •    You can’t manage what you can’t measure
