Speakers:

John Anderson, El Paso Corporation: John Anderson is Vice President of administrative Services for El Paso Corporation.  In his current role, Mr. Anderson is focused on providing a wide variety of quality services to meet the business objectives and needs of El Paso.  In that capacity, he leads all real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, architectural remodeling and construction.  He is also responsible for Corporate and Facility Services which includes building operations and services, planning and design, food service,  parking, travel, purchase procurement cards, subscriptions, furniture and equipment, reprographics, and mailroom.  He has a degrees in Applied Science, Architectural Design, BS in Management and Computer Systems and a Masters in Business Administration.

Steve Burkett, JLL: Steve Burkett serves as Executive Vice President of the Jones Lang LaSalle Tenant Representatives Group.  His expertise as a tenant representative enables him to serve his clients in straight lease, lease-equity and ownership transactions.  He was awarded the NAIOP Broker of the Year award in 2007 and has a finalist for this award more than 7 times, he has received numerous awards for achievement with both the Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle.  And he has just completed and/or is working on several major downtown transactions.

Bob Eury, Central Houston: Central Houston: For twenty-eight years, Bob Eury has served as President of Central Houston, Inc.- a private non-profit corporation, formed to lead the planning and implementation of the redevelopment of Houston’s central city area.  Mr. Eury is also the Executive Director of the Houston Downtown Management District.  During his previous years at Rice Center as Research of Development, his research focused on land use/transportation, joint development, urban services delivery, development regulation and environmental design.

Paul Frazier, Brookfield: Paul Frazier serves as Vice President of Brookfield Office Properties, a position he has held since 1998.  He is responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 9 million square feet of office space in the Houston Central Business District.  He is a past President of NAIOP and was honored as the “Landlord Representative of the Year” by HOLBA in 2005

Chrissy Wilson, Hines: Chrissy is responsible for marketing and leasing of Hines’ Houston portfolio comprised of approximately 12 million square feet located largely in the Central Business District, Greenway Plaza and Greenspoint.  Chrissy has served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP and has received the “Heavy Hitters” designation from the HBJ.  She was awarded the “Landlord Representative of the Year" by HOLBA in 2003.
 
Laura Van Ness, Central Houston (Moderator): Laura is Director, Business Development for Central Houston, Inc, focusing primarily on the retention and recruitment of office tenants in downtown Houston and major development projects.  She is a member of the International Downtown Association, Texas Economic Development Council, and Commercial Real Estate Women.
