2023 & 2022 Chapter of the Year (small/medium category)
It is an absolute honor to be elected as the Chair of CoreNet Global Malaysia Chapter. I must say these are big shoes to be filled in from our past Chair Previndren Singhe who has instrumentally brought the chapter to an astounding growth and maturity rate. My heartfelt gratitude goes to him and the amazing team of committee members who have poured their heart and soul in the success of the Malaysian Chapter so far.
The Malaysia Chapter has had exceptional results over the year since its inception 2016, having achieved a total membership of 115 members to date and being conferred Awards for “Chapter of the Year” for the small/medium category for two consecutive years for years 2023 and 2022, top three highest members retention rate for years 2024 and 2023 and highest members retention rate for years 2022 and 2021. The participation rate for our programs throughout the year stands high at 70% - 80% on average.
The drive of the Malaysia Chapter will remain, to be the greatest and most relevant platform for Malaysia Corporate Real Estate Professionals, to support the development and maturity of the profession along with its industry and finally to contribute to the positive development of the nation's economy.
