Kevin leads a global team of data analysts and data scientists, in collaboration with people experience and workplace experience teams, to uncover the future of work. Under his leadership, the team interprets qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new and emerging work patterns and practices. As part of this role, he is also responsible for identifying and implementing new technology solutions to improve the employee experience.
He has built high performing workplace strategy teams and global programs in large multinational technology companies from the ground up, transforming businesses and improving the employee experience.
Kevin’s passion and expertise lies in researching and understanding the impact of the changing nature of work through emerging and innovative technology, people strategies and the use of space (both physical and virtual). Combining a background in research and development with an in-depth understanding of work and workplace trends on a global basis. He is adept at gaining respect from stakeholders at all levels, and has extensive experience operating in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas, partnering with business leaders, HR, and IT, from both client side and as a service provider, equipping him with a unique global perspective and high emotional intelligence.
