Phil Humphries (Colliers) will cover the market search process undertaken before the decision to stay put and work with the existing landlord's re-positioning program. Jonathan Custance (Design Director & Project Manager) will run through the design/build programme with highlights and issues. Glen Cameron (NEC) will discuss the project from a client's perspective and present the future of facial recognition and security which has been prototyped in their new office.
