Elevate Your Leadership: Announcing the 2026 Leadership Development Cohort
CoreNet Northern California is excited to announce the return of our highly specialized Leadership Development Cohort (LDC). While CoreNet Global's MCR and QPCR programs are excellent industry references, the LDC is designed specifically to help you grow your leadership skills in an intimate setting with a curated group of your chapter peers, fostering new, long-lasting relationships in the process.
This 9-month program is a comprehensive journey of synchronous and asynchronous learning, divided into three key sections: Self-Discovery, Foundational Leadership and Leadership Impact. You'll gain practical, experiential knowledge from professional facilitators and coaches within a safe and supportive peer group.
The LDC is ideal for emerging and mid-career leaders with 3-7 years of people or team management experience looking to expand or level-up their leadership capabilities. The program is limited to just 25 NorCal members, ensuring an intimate and impactful experience.
Program at a Glance:
- Format: Unfolds as a 9-module series delivered through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, totaling 60 hours of formalized learning (20 live hours, 40 asynchronous hours).
- Additional Support: Includes up to three one-hour individual leadership coaching sessions per participant.
- Cost: A member rate of $600 (a significant value of over $1,500). Scholarships are available to ensure cost is not a barrier.
The LDC was created by Emily Ransone and Robert Teed, two professional facilitators and coaches who will guide you through the program. This is a unique opportunity to invest in your professional growth and connect with your local community.

Schedule
Sessions are held (monthly) every second Tuesday starting February 10, 2026, from 11:30a to 1:30p PT, with four (4) in-person sessions and five (5) virtual sessions, for a total of 9 sessions.
Cost
$600 per participant (valued at over $1,500 per person.) The Chapter believes in providing value for our emerging leaders and supplements the cost difference.
We don't want cost to be a barrier. Scholarships are available, simply complete this section on the Application.
