The CoreNet Global North Texas chapter scholarship program provides financial resources to encourage learning, advance the corporate real estate industry, and raise leaders. Fall 2025 scholarships are available to apply in four categories: Academic, Community, Membership, and Professional. Please be aware there is a August 15, 2025, deadline for Academic, Community, and Professional scholarship applications.

The CoreNet Global North Texas Chapter Scholarship Program provides financial resources to encourage learning, development, and the advancement of individuals within the corporate real estate industry. To donate to the fund, please scan the QR code on this page. Let's continue to build up the next generation of CRE superstars. Together anything is possible!

Please note that CoreNet Global North Texas is a 501(c)(6) organization and thus donations to this fund are NOT tax deductible.

CoreNet North Texas Academic Scholarship

Scholarship Qualifications:

  • Current student at a North Texas college or university
  • Junior, senior, or graduate student
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Corporate real estate field of study

Recipient Receives:

  • One $5,000 scholarship to be applied toward tuition and books for the 2025–2026 academic year
  • Complimentary 24-month CoreNet student membership starting January 2026
  • Complimentary ticket to the 2026 BW&B Gala

CoreNet North Texas Community Scholarship

Scholarship Qualifications:

  • Current or entering student at a North Texas college or university
  • Underserved & underrepresented in one or more of these 4 categories
    • First Generation College Student -  Neither parents or grandparents went to college
    • LGBTQ - Identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or queer
    • DE&I - Representation of different ages, races, ethnicities, disabilities, genders, religions, cultures, and/or sexual orientation
    • Economic Need - Individual or family income below the current poverty line set by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (Reference: https://aspe.hhs.gov/topics/poverty-economic-mobility/poverty-guidelines)
  • Corporate real estate field of study

Recipient Receives:

  • One $5,000 scholarship to be applied toward tuition and books for the 2025–2026 academic year
  • Complimentary 24-month CoreNet student membership starting January 2026
  • Complimentary ticket to the 2026 BW&B Gala

CoreNet North Texas Membership Scholarship

Scholarship Qualifications:

  • Current CRE industry professional
  • Scholarship used to subsidize CoreNet dues
  • Applicants should clearly show both financial need and motivation to succeed
  • Upon award, required to join a CoreNet Global North Texas chapter committee of your choosing, and serve a minimum of one year
  • Upon award, required to attend one CoreNet Global North Texas chapter event per quarter

Recipient Receives:

  • One-year annual fee for CoreNet membership not to exceed $1,000 - starting January 2026
  • Complimentary ticket to the 2026 BW&B Gala

CoreNet North Texas Professional Scholarship

Scholarship Qualifications:

  • Current CRE industry professional and member of CoreNet North Texas
  • Scholarship used to pursue industry designation or educational pursuit
  • Upon award, required to join a CoreNet Global North Texas chapter committee of your choosing, and serve for a minimum of one year
  • Upon award, required to attend one CoreNet Global North Texas chapter event per quarter

Recipient Receives:

  • One $5,000 scholarship applied toward courses for an industry designation or approved educational pursuit
  • Complimentary ticket to the 2026 BW&B Gala
