The CoreNet Young Leader Mentoring Scheme is Back!
The CoreNet Young Leaders Mentoring Scheme pairs Young Leader members with inspirational industry leaders for one-to-one mentoring over the course of 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to gain impartial guidance, build confidence, and accelerate your professional development.

The mentoring scheme is exclusively open to CoreNet Young Leader members.
At some point in most careers, we benefit enormously from the guidance and perspective of a mentor—someone outside our organisation who can offer impartial advice, challenge our thinking, and help us set and achieve meaningful goals.
With increasing demands on our careers, teams, and work–life balance, having access to experienced industry insight has never been more valuable. Our mentors are committed to sharing their knowledge, experience, and practical advice to support your growth.

Successful applicants will be matched shortly after the closing date and introduced to their mentor.
CoreNet Member or CRE Leader? Be a Mentor!
We are seeking inspirational Corporate Real Estate professionals to join our community of mentors.
You do not need to be a CoreNet member to take part as a mentor.
The mentoring scheme runs for 12 months and focuses on providing career guidance, professional insight, and development support to CoreNet Young Leader members.
Time commitment:
- Minimum of one hour every 2–3 months
- Meetings are organised and driven by the mentee
This is a rewarding opportunity to give back, share your experience, and help shape the next generation of industry leaders.
