Uncertainty is here to stay - how can CRE tackle this?

One of the only things that seem certain in today’s world is that uncertainty is here to stay. The Corporate Real Estate industry must listen to and learn from others across a range of sectors and gather knowledge.

The UK Chapter of CoreNet Global has drawn together one of its most exciting and diverse panels of guest speakers. On the 9th May they’ll share their insights into how they tackle uncertainty when making decisions in their respective sectors.

Major General, Tom Copinger-Symes, CBE, has had to make decisions in incredibly hostile and challenging environments. He will draw parallels with the corporate world from his perspective in the military, where the need for evidence-based decisions has to be set against the danger to lives in waiting for absolute clarity.

CEO of Energi Mine and Crypto/blockchain expert, Omar Rahim, is at the cutting edge of Fin Tech. He has recently raised over $10m in an ICO to launch one of the latest crypto currencies set against the context of ‘boom and bust’.

Mark Hughes, CEO, BT Security, is responsible for all aspects of security within BT globally. In a sector that revolves around real time continuous connectivity, coupled with an ever-changing risk landscape, flexible and agile decision making could not be more important.

Lesley Uren, Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, knows the uncertainty that people can bring, but as 80% of the operating cost of a business, making decisions on future growth when the world is so foggy is incredibly difficult.

The Q&A panel line-up will be led by Leesman CEO, Tim Oldman, who is renowned globally for his enthusiasm and disruptive views.

This is a session not to be missed!
