CoreNet Global Washington State Chapter 2017 Award Winners
Recognizing the amazing contribution that our members make to our industry and the local ecosystem is a key part of our culture in CoreNet. This is the third year that we are recognizing some key contributors to our chapter, as we continue to recognize and celebrate the contribution that helps elevate and grow our organization and our industry here in Washington State.
General Member of the Year - Ben Flajole, CBRE | Microsoft
This category recognizes the WA State member that has had a positive impact on the chapter and is supportive of their fellow members. This individual attends many local CoreNet events. This individual brings new ideas and a fresh perspective to existing practices.
Board Member of the Year – John Coates, Buildingi
This category recognizes the board member that has had a positive impact on the chapter board and is supportive of our chapter. This individual drives sponsorship, membership, programs & attends many local CoreNet events.
Supplier/Provider of the Year – Microsoft
This category recognizes the supplier or provider who has brought excellent value to clients and exceeds expectations, applies innovative ideas & approaches to problem-solving and shows a consistent involvement and achievement in the community. They have an active CoreNet Chapter membership and have shown participation throughout the year at the Chapter events.
Innovative Workplace (<20K) – Microsoft Tree House
This category recognizes the Workplace who made an outstanding and distinguished contribution to his/her company and to the industry. The winner of this category has a portfolio/projects, micro (under 20k Sq Ft), that contributes to the achievements of the company's success through the design and application of an engaging workplace solution or environment, provides contributions for elevating the practice of corporate real estate (CRE) as a member, educator and or leader, and has a current CoreNet Global membership.
Innovative Workplace (>20) - Moss Adams
This category recognizes the Workplace who made an outstanding and distinguished contribution to his/her company and to the industry. The winner of this category has a portfolio/projects, macro (over 20k Sq Ft), that contributes to the achievements of the company's success through the design and application of an engaging workplace solution or environment, provides contributions for elevating the practice of corporate real estate (CRE) as a member, educator and or leader, and has a current CoreNet Global membership.

Program Coordinator of the Year – Chelsea LaBelle, Knoll
This category recognizes the Program Coordinator from 2017 during the past year that contributed to members better understanding of technology, innovation, economy, general real estate trends, etc. and was engaging and informative.
Committee Member of the Year – Al Kinisky, SAP
This category recognizes the WA State committee member that has gone above and beyond to serve the Chapter. They have had a positive impact on their committee, the board and their efforts directly affect membership at large in a positive manner. This individual attends many local CoreNet events.
