Children’s beverage company In Zone Brands recently moved into a brand new space in Atlanta, Georgia. Designed by VeenendaalCave, the office provides a modern setting with breathtaking views for the growing company to call home.
The project brought both sides of this dynamic Atlanta based company together on the top two floors (21st and 22nd) of Overlook III. The second generation space boasted many positive attributes that made this project unique and memorable. The reception area includes a sweeping stainless steel clad semi-circular stair encased in two story conservatory glass windows. The entire space focused on expansive views of the Atlanta skyline.
The core of the building was painted a dark gray and the ceiling and floor planes were kept clean and straight forward to promote views to the exterior. The furniture selections were purposely white and light so that the user’s eye floated over the open office and forced attention to the exterior. The lobby space was inspired by the polished stainless steel stair. Other bright, polished elements were repeated throughout the lobby in the light fixtures and reception desk. The client branded the space by color blocking all of the conference rooms in the company’s corporate colors. The entire design comes across as a clean loft like space with hints of poignant accent colors throughout. Parking complimentary on ramp; avoid valet and reserved spaces, please.
