The Four Stages
Based on more than a decade of working with high-potential women at every level, Pathbuilders has identified four distinct stages in a professional woman’s career along with the specific challenges and opportunities that exist at each stage.  Effectively targeted programs and experiences allow women to excel significantly, while programs that do not address specific stage challenges achieve limited results for the individual and the organization as a whole.

In this session, the Four Stages will be discussed including key characteristics, opportunities, challenges, and needs along with understanding the areas of developmental focus, the methodologies, and the key interventions that can most positively impact high-potential women at each stage.
