Bhumesh is the Vice President of Global Real Estate for American Express, India. He has been with AmEx India   since its inception in 1999 for over 19 years. With over 30 years experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) functions.

His responsibilities include managing all CRE functions such as Real Estate strategy & transaction services, Facility Management, Client Services, Critical Engineering, Design & Construction, Project Management, Workplace strategy, EHS & Sustainability.

 

   

SANJAY DUTT

Sanjay is the Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield, India and spearheads the growth strategy for the India market and is involved in identifying new opportunities, improving organizational efficiencies and strengthening C&W’s presence across verticals and markets, thereby enabling integrated services and a larger scope of delivery to clients.

With over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional and entrepreneur, Sanjay is a well respected business leader in the Indian market. His experience encompasses Land Acquisitions / Dispositions, JVs and JDs, Capital Market transactions, Office, Retail, and Residential services.

George is an International Manager & Property Expert, with 28 years of professional experience in all facets of management and execution in the global real estate industry, including contracting, office & investments brokerage, Corporate Real Estate (advisory, transaction management, project & facilities management and client management).

Currently based in Mumbai, George directly leads strategy and implementation of business plans for the Office & Integrated Services service lines in India; these being the highest profit/ profit potential businesses in India, and as part of India leadership shapes the Colliers India business plans.   George also leads Colliers Asia Technology Solutions Practice Group. 

 

 

   

ANURAG BHATNAGAR

Anurag Bhatnagar is Head of Leasing &Tenant Relationship at Brookfield India Office Parks responsible for CRM, leasing and marketing of a 17 million sft portfolio. Prior this he was Head of Leasing at Hines India responsible for leasing and marketing of the HIF projects.

Anurag has also worked for International Property Consulting firms for over 15 years wherein he performed functions including tenant representation for major corporate accounts, retail and land advisory in addition to advising on, and analyzing investment transactions. He has advised on and transacted over 5 mn sft for various multinational and domestic companies. Anurag has completed his MBA with dual specialization in marketing and finance and earned his bachelor's degree from Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi University in 1996

YOGESH SHEVADE

Yogesh completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Datta Meghe College of Engineering, University of Mumbai, and Masters in Financial Services Management degree from the Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute of Investment Studies, University of Mumbai. Yogesh is a Deputy General Manager, Real Estate Development in Global Real Estate and Facilities Engineering department in John Deere India Pvt Ltd and is currently based out of Pune. Currently, he leads John Deere’s real estate activities in India and surrounding geographies.

 

With over 12 years experience in various aspects of Real Estate development like Construction & Development, Leasing, Projects and Construction Quality Control and Portfolio Management, Yogesh has worked with companies like Tata Housing, NCR Corp, DHL Express in diverse sectors like Manufacturing, Logistics, Residential & Commercial Real Estate Development and ATM bidding/roll outs.


 

 

 

RAJESH MUTREJA

Over 39 years in large engineering and FMCG companies in India i.e. Larsen &Toubro Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Experienced in Project Management, Facilities Maintenance, Supply Chain Operations and Corporate Real Estate functions. In recent years, worked as ‘Head of Project’ for the development of a new office campus for Unilever at Mumbai, comprising 600,000 sft of constructed area on a site of 12.5 acres.


Till mid of year 2013, was heading the Corporate Real Estate function for South Asia and executed a number of large proposals, for ‘monetisation’ of real estate assets. Since last year, Rajesh has been engaged as ‘Business Consultant-Global Real Estate’ for Unilever’s real estate activities worldwide and pursuing real estate proposals in several countries.

Have worked in various organizations including large multinationals in India as well as in Singapore. Have functioned as the CFO of a regionally headquartered large US based multinational in a HRO / BPO business, from Singapore. Also functioned as APAC & EMEA Head of Enterprise Analytics and Business Controller in the HRO business.

RAM CHANDNANI

Ram is the leader for Transaction Services business in India, and has been with CBRE since 1997. He has over 21 years of real estate experience, and is considered a trusted advisor and partner to clients in the country. In his present capacity, he is responsible for the overall direction, strategy and growth of the Transaction Services business in India.

Ram’s career path over the years, has involved working with clients across industries and asset classes assisting them with their real strategies. He has a multi-disciplinary exposure and many of our corporate occupiers have benefited over the years from his expertise in complex leasing, dispositions, Built-to-Suit, Land and Investment transactions.

He is an acknowledged real estate expert, and is well known for his strong relationships with developers and investors. Kamal is a Trustee of The Climate Reality Project in India, founded by Al Gore, engaged in taking the climate message to 5,000 schools in Delhi, covering 1 million children.He is the Chairman of IGCC Northern Region, CII National committees on Environment, Climate Change, steering committee of IGBC, AEEE, etc.

RAHUL ARORA

Rahul is responsible for the development and execution of the tenant representation business for South India & Sri Lanka with over 8 years of experience. His specialized field of competence encompasses all facets of corporate real estate services for MNC & India Corporate that includes real estate acquisition, disposition, renewal, rent review / negotiation services besides structured consolidation or build-to-suits transactions.

Rahul joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 & brought 8 years of professional brokerage experience to C&W. He formerly was an Associate Director with CB Richard Ellis in Bangalore, where he completed more than 10 million square feet in leasing & sale transactions. He started his career with The Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore and was working as a Sales Manager for 3 years.
