The nature of work is ever changing. The way we work today is very different from how we worked even a short time ago. We must question the role of the workplace in support of these changing dynamics. Workplace professionals are actively engaged in research to support workplace solutions that squarely address how work occurs and how to define solutions that redefine the role of the workplace. The WPC is home to these individuals and to those looking to learn and develop a deeper understanding of tomorrow’s workplace.
The aims of the WPC are to gather and share best practice information, experiences, and solutions in an engaging and interactive way that advances the knowledge and expertise of workplace strategy in New Zealand and Australia.
Regular meetings and/or events are held to discuss relevant topics, share information, visit new developments, participate in activities while allowing informal ways to connect with your peers ie the opportunity to learn but also to have some fun along the way. The intention is that the members making up the community will drive the agenda !
As a member of CoreNet Global you are fully entitled to join the WPC at no further cost but all we ask in return is for you to have an interest in workplace and be willing to participate in the community’s various activities. A successful WPC will only eventuate from the active participation of its members !
The WPC is comprised of members from all different functional backgrounds – end-users, architects, designers, furniture manufacturers, HR professionals, technology experts, workplace strategists, academics and many more. What we all have in common is our desire to enhance our thinking around workplace solutions no matter what angle of approach we take. It’s more than just sharing information. Within the community, you’ll have a chance to share your ideas, get different perspectives and elevate your thinking.
