  • What do you stop yourself from doing? Speaking up? Making clear decisions? Asking for what you need? Creating big goals for yourself?
  • Brings awareness to what we tell ourselves EVERY DAY!
  • How to conquer the critics and bring your best self to work, life and relationships.

Part Two :

Belonging: People and place

The experience of the pandemic has opened up huge opportunities to rethink the way we live and work going forward. Many organisations are moving towards a more hybrid way of working, and questioning what their office needs to be, and do, in future. Many individuals are exploring new lifestyle changes, and making choices about how and where they want to spend their time.

What will all these changes mean for the way we connect with others, and our sense of belonging to a community?

Rachel Edwards and Rosie Haslem, will focus discussions around how our working lives are shifting away from office-as-default, and towards a more hybrid future of ‘working from anywhere’, how we might interact differently with spaces and the concept that work relationships and communities need to be built beyond the walls of the office.

Sarah Brown, tp bennett
Amelia Saberwal, Kinestehetic Coaching
