Flexible Working: How to thrive, not just survive

When:  Jan 12, 2021 from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM (UTC)
Associated with  United Kingdom

Since the onset of the Covid19 pandemic there has been an increased “speed to market” of many things from thoughts around what the future of work should look like to new technology platforms that shape our daily working lives.  Our focus is going to be on the fact that flexible working is here to stay thus we need to find ways to move forward thriving, being our best selves, and supporting our colleagues and managers along the way.

 Through this session we will work to address topics such as;

- Maintaining self-confidence and learning how to communicate with our own inner critics

- Supporting the social animal in us all and addressing how loneliness and anxiety can become a barrier to happiness and success.

- Acknowledging that continued attention to people’s mental health is a very important and that varied support systems are key.

- Wellness as a part of the daily routine as we nurture our mind, body and soul.

 - Maintaining a balanced and healthy relationship between employees and employers.

We want to assist attendees in building a “tool kit” for success as we transition to a more flexible working work life.
