The Marketing Committee focus on increasing awareness of CoreNet Global Southwest and the value of membership to the corporate real estate executive. This group ensures that the marketing strategy and tools are dynamic and consistent amongst all media and within each committee. 

Mission:

The committee's purpose is to provide maximum exposure for CoreNet Group Southwest and its membership and to educate the Southwest real estate community as to why we are members and why they need to be here.


Committee Goals for 2012-2013:

  • Create enhanced branding of CNG SW through optimal communications and PR efforts. 
  • Facilitate maximum growth in membership.
  • Facilitate maximum business development potential among CNG members.
  • Promote and elevate the profile of CNG SW within the CNG Global community.
  • Provide updates on actions to achieve these goals (through Web site updates, Committee descriptions/ missions/ personalized updates).
  • Provide final definition of our purpose.

Committee Activities: 

Updating media methods to promote the Chapter, increasing perceived value to our membership and potential members

  • Integrate Social Media - LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook to facilitate chapter promotion, collaboration and business activities amongst members
  • Monthly architecture/property spot with flip camera, creating YouTube video to be linked to our site (i.e. Trammel Crow bldg, Myers, etc.)
  • Creating ideas to encourage increased participation of the general membership in committee activities.
