The CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter Honors Award celebrates individuals and organizations that have demonstrated standards of excellence and best practices.
The 2011 Award categories and selection criteria follow:
CORPORATE REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE
Recognizes a Bay area based executive whose local or global real estate accomplishments for their company or our industry distinguish them among their peers. The Chapter seeks to recognize:
· Achievements in contributing to company growth and success
· Contributions for promoting the practice of corporate real estate
· Contributions to CRE organization and associations as educator or leader
· Consistent involvement and achievement in community
· Demonstration of personal integrity
· Nominees may come from any sector including corporate, non-profit, institutional and government
· Active CoreNet Chapter membership and participation
SERVICE PROVIDER
Recognizes individuals whose performance and client interactions provide a uniquely valued experience to those with whom they work and evidences actions that transcend the expected. Categories include but are not limited to Brokerage/Transaction Advisory, Construction, Design, Engineering, Legal Services and Technology. Selection criteria recognizes:
· Demonstrated ability to deliver as promised while exceeding client expectations
· Provides excellent value to clients
· Applies new solutions and innovative approaches to solve non-standard challenges
· Demonstration of personal integrity and highest ethics with clients, competitors and other service providers
· Enhances market perception of their profession
· Active Corenet Chapter membership and participation
INNOVATOR AWARD To recognize and celebrate those active Chapter Members, who, as a team or a multiple organization collaboration, have executed an innovative management practice or work process leading to superior performance and a desired, measurable and sustained result. Examples of innovation to our industry include but are not limited to Service Delivery, Asset Management, Technology, Sustainable Design or Development.
