November 15th, 2012 Corporate Real Estate Executive's Award

The Northern California Chapter hosted it's 15th Annual CRE Award Dinner on November 15 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco and drew a crowd of almost 600 to honor this year's honorees, Barbara Donaldson of Synopsys and Sven Pole of CBRE.
The always vibrant pre-dinner reception took place this year under the iconic stained glass ceiling of the Garden Court at the Palace hotel and was followed by dinner in the Grand Ballroom. After past honorees were acknowledged and annual sponsors recognized, event Co-Chair and Master of Ceremonies Nancy Morse of Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank, handed over the mic to Matt Werner of CBRE who combined humor and sincerity in presenting the many accomplishments, both professionally and personally, of the Service Provider of the Year, Sven Pole.
Next up, Jan Collinson of Synopsys gave a wonderful tribute of Barbara Donaldson's career and other important personal milestones that led her to being named Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year. Congratulations once again to Sven and Barbara, you are both very deserving recipients.

November 17th, 2011 CRE Awards Recipients David Radcliffe & Greg Hulbert
A capacity crowd of nearly 500 attended the 14th Annual CRE Awards Dinner of the CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter on Thursday, November 17, at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.
In
addition to the allure of visiting with some of the leading Corporate
Real Estate colleagues from throughout Northern California, the large
crowd was drawn for the presentation of the highest honors bestowed by
the chapter. This year David Radcliffe of Google was honored as the Corporate
Real Estate Executive of the Year and Greg Hulbert of Jones Lang LaSalle was recognized as the Corporate Real Estate Service Provider of the
Year.
The program was filled with moving presentations and acceptance speeches that acknowledged the important role that colleagues and CoreNet had played in their careers as well as the importance of their supportive families. Special thanks to Keith Zaky, for presenting David and Erich Sengelmann for presenting Greg - both gave entertaining accounts of the honorees professional and family life and how those areas have been shaped over the years. In
addition to the usual job well done by our Co-Chair, Past Honoree and
Master of Ceremonies Meade Boutwell, Chapter President Sven Pole offered his congratulations to the deserving honorees, thanked our annual sponsors and updated attendees on the state of the Chapter. Additional thanks are due to Co-Chair Susan
Curran and Selection Committee Chair Gail Smith for their part in the
wonderful event.
