Course and Tournament Information

General Rules

• Any outside tournament is required to have a minimum of 72 Players
• All tournaments must provide the pro shop with a guaranteed player count one week prior to the event, groups in excess off 100 players are billed for additional golf carts
• All starting times are scheduled for a 12:00 P.M. shotgun start, rain or shine
• Carts are mandatory for each tournament player
• Carts must remain on the paths at all times, players with medical disabilities must notify the pro shop prior to the start of play to arrange for handicap accommodations
• Sequoyah is mandatory soft spike facility

Dress Code

• The Club dress code applies to anyone on club property to include volunteers
• Collared golf shirts are required for men
• Tank tops, tee shirts or blue jeans are not allowed
• Proper golf shoes are required of all players, no tennis shoes are permitted
• Men and women may wear golfing shorts, but no tennis shorts, gym shorts, or short shorts are allowed

Club House Rules

• No hats or cell phone use is allowed in the club house, please notify all of your participants

Day of the Event - Schedule:

11:30–11:45 am - PRO Long Drive & Trick Shot Demonstration

10:30-11:45 am - Barbeque Lunch

12:00 pm - Shotgun Start Scramble Format
(plus lots of on course activities, food and drinks)

3:00-4:00 pm   Golf Clinic One

4:00-5:00 pm   Golf Clinic Two

5:30-6:30 pm - Drinks and Hors d’Oeuvres

6:30-7:00 pm - Awards
