Due to the overwhelming response to our first International Real Estat Strategy Program we are pleased to offer a follow-up to this fascinating and informative program. Our three panelists bring a wealth of global experience and insights. 

Dan Ryan , Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at Stream Global Services, returns to share more of his experiences and insights from 20 years of projects in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Joining Dan are two new panelists with tremendous global experience and responsibility.  

Kathryn L. Bell is Accenture’s global director of Facilities & Services, responsible for leading the company’s Facilities & Services organization.  In her role, Ms. Bell leads 2,500 professionals in delivering services in the 49 countries of which Accenture operates. She recently spent more than a year in India planning and building more than two million square feet of space to serve Accenture’s 27,000 employees in India.   

Ron Zappile has almost 40 years of global senior management operating experience most recently with United Technologies Corporation where he helped close or relocate numerous manufacturing and engineering operations in both North America and Asia/Pacific and helped establish manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, India, Korea and China, plus laboratory and testing facilities in Japan. 

Our panel will discuss everything from the impact of currency fluctuation to local regulatory issues to provide an understanding of the challenges and rewards of delivering international real estate solutions.
