SPEAKER Sam Pease, Vice President & Senior Consultant, New Directions Sam joined New Directions in 2004 after 16 years in executive search, most recently as a senior partner at Heidrick & Struggles where he helped find management talent for the portfolio companies of private equity firms. Earlier he was with Russell Reynolds Associates. Before moving into executive search, Sam worked in product and business unit management at H.J. Heinz and directed corporate marketing strategy at Reebok International. Sam has a BA from Yale University, an MBA from Boston University and served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He has served on a number of nonprofit boards and has contributed business skills to town government in his community.
