A critical part of the job search is
effectively negotiating a job offer. Most people know they
should negotiate. However, many would say they aren’t
as comfortable negotiating for themselves as they could
be. In this presentation, Ginny Rehberg will provide detailed
advice, tips and techniques for negotiating compensation.
She will cover 5 ways to avoid talking about money too
early in the process, when to negotiate, with whom, what
to negotiate for and the actual words to use in the process
(“steps and scripts”).
