As the Director of Facilities Planning for John Hancock Financial Services since 1999, Marc is responsible for strategic and tactile planning, project planning and delivery, and CAFM systems. He previously held similar responsibilities at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and started his career in A&E in Providence, RI.

Melodee Wagen, MCR, President, Workspace Strategies, Inc.
Melodee collaborates closely with Marc Surprenant as an independent consultant to John Hancock Financial Services to support the development and implementation of the corporation mobility strategy. She specializes in strategic facilities planning, master programming, workplace analysis, mobility and alternative office programs, and change management for multiple corporate real estate clients.

design to achieve business goals. He collaborates with businesses and designers worldwide on the confluence of building design, interior design and workplace strategy.

Adrienne Rowe, Senior Director of Program Management, Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC)
As Senior Director of Program Management for Fidelity Real Estate Company, Adrienne leads Fidelity’s employee mobility program, GoWork. GoWork maximizes real estate use value while supporting worker mobility and collaboration through unassigned seating, technology enablers, and activity-based work settings. For the past three years, Adrienne had lead major expansion of GoWork, which now spans seven regional sites and multiple business units across the enterprise.

Victor W. Vizgaitis, AIA, LEED AP, Principal in charge, Sasaki Associates
Victor is Principal in charge for the Corporate Interiors group at Sasaki and design lead across the firm. His work encompasses a range of project types and markets in both the commercial and institutional sectors. He is passionate about creating innovative workplace solutions for clients that are shaped by and reinforce the client’s mission. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and CoreNet among others.
