A MESSAGE FROM LARRY CHARLIP
Dear CoreNet New York City Members,
It is my honor to serving the NYC Chapter and partnering with our many devoted members, who represent the best that New York City has to offer. I am particularly excited about continuing our work with our steadfast volunteers and dedicated sponsors, whose support is indispensable to the success of CoreNet's initiatives.
CoreNet NYC was poised for an exciting resurgence with our return to in-person events, and our Chapter leadership was actively exploring innovative ways to engage the broader New York industry. From attracting professionals at varying career stages to establishing new volunteering and special interest groups, and pioneering new programs and workshops, our Chapter remains dedicated to implementing the innovative ideas we've developed. As we continue to navigate a challenging market in several respects, the Board is committed to enhancing the value proposition for all CoreNet members by diversifying content, delivery methods, and member involvement, ensuring inclusivity for members from underrepresented industries and emerging CRE roles. Together, we will continue to evolve and redefine both our Chapter and New York City to make sure CoreNet New York City chapter is the pillar organization in our industry and city.
If you are interested in becoming more involved in CoreNet NYC, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or any of our Board Members. We welcome feedback from all our members on how we can further enhance your experience.
Once again, I extend my sincere thanks to our Annual Sponsors, Committee Volunteers, and Members. Your ongoing enthusiasm and support enable us to foster our community and drive progress in the corporate real estate industry of New York City, the global hub of real estate. I eagerly anticipate a successful year ahead and hope to see you at one of our premier events soon.
Best,
Larry Charlip
