Winner Helen Casey, who works for Legacy Portfolio, wrote a persuasive essay on the subject of ‘Generation Twitter’, in which she displayed that she clearly believes and practices what she talks about and included some ‘top tips’.

Partnership of the Year - This award recognises the increasing importance of not simply service provision but ‘partnerships’. Collaborations which, through exceptional business practices and a solution-based approach, have exceeded the business expectations of their customers and benefited an organisation’s business model or profitability.
The winning partnership is Cushman Wakefield and building supplies firm Wolseley for ‘Project Stuart’, in which they implemented the first major outsourcing of a surplus UK lease portfolio in one single transaction. The project reduced gross liability and subtenant risk by approximately 50% within the first six months.
